As a Quality and Manufacturing professional, Patricia brings a wealth of experience in managing systems and personnel in the high stress, quick turn environments of electronic OEM and contract manufacturing. Starting her professional career in Human Resources, her insight, organization and motivational skills directed Patricia in effectively taking on Management rolls in Production, Inventory, Quality and Process Engineering.

In addition to her diverse manufacturing and management background, Patricia has successfully developed and implemented many ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management Systems. She has also created and delivered a variety of training courses covering topics such as WSIB, ISO 9001: 2000 and Process Education Programs.

Highly skilled in process improvement, Patricia is known for her ability to approach issues analytically, implementing well thought out actions that bring positive change in process, product and personnel.
