Keith Thomas

Is a Certified Engineering Technologist and a Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ). He also holds Diplomas in Quality Assurance (ASQ) and in Engineering Design.

 Keith has held a number of senior positions in operations and Quality Management. He is a registered ISO (QMS) Lead Auditor with over 20 years experience as a Quality Manager, and has prepared and presented Quality Assurance courses for Ryerson University, Georgian and Sheridan Colleges.  

A Former Chair and Education Chair of the Toronto Section ASQ, Keith has Quality Management experience in machining, welding, fabrication and finishing for the commercial, nuclear power, petrochemical and automotive industries and sector experience in the mining and basic metal industries, including iron, aluminum and stainless steels.

For the last 11 years Keith has been Auditing, Consulting and Training in ISO/TS 16949 (formerly QS9000) and ISO 9000 QMS standards for registrars and on a freelance basis.

Keith is committed to the belief that training in Quality related subjects is a major benefit to the individual and to Companies looking for improvement of revenue, generated by improvement in Quality of processes and products.
