The BGT Online Desktop Training Platforms include powerful Video conferencing, allowing participants the following benefits:

a. Browser-based video components: This eliminates the need for bulky, expensive or “proprietary” equipment required to conduct the video portion of the training. With BGT’s Online Desktop Training Platform, in order for an individual to be seen or heard, the only requirements are an internet browser, a broadband internet connection and our camera/headset.

b. Multi point video capability: Two or more people can be simultaneously seen from any and all locations throughout the world, providing the system requirements outlined in “a.” are met. BGT has three platforms available to meet your needs:

i. Private 1 to 1 Platform: allows two participants to interact in live audio/video at the same time. In this platform, all participants can share collaboration tools, applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents, and communicate freely at all times.
ii. Small Group 1 to 3 Platform: much like the Private Room, this platform allows up to four participants to interact in live audio/video at the same time. In this platform, all participants can share collaboration tools, applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents, and communicate freely at all times.
iii. Large Group 1 to Multi Platform: allows an unlimited number of participants in one training session. In this platform, the Trainer/Host is visible in live audio/video at all times, however they have the ability to allow participants to join them in live audio/video to ask questions or share ideas. As well, in this platform, only the Trainer / Host has the ability to share applications. All participants in this Platform still have access to collaboration tools.

c. VoIP and VVIP Technology: All Platforms take advantage of the power of “real time” video and voice communication over the internet (VVIP), and full duplex voice communication (VoIP).

BGT Online Desktop Training text messaging tool allows participants, at any time during the presentation, to text a message on the presentation screen. This allows participants to ask questions and present ideas without interrupting the “facilitator”. These questions and/or ideas can also be saved with the presentation and be available to all participants.

BGT Online Desktop Training now includes unlimited “whiteboards”. This powerful tool allows participants in training to create unlimited “whiteboards” during the presentation and then save them to the presentation. Now everyone involved in the training will leave with all the information presented.
